These terms govern your use of AI Rap Song Generator, operated by AI Rap Song Generator. Contact: support@rapsonggen.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and permitted use

You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, to use paid features. Keep your sign-in links private. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive content, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass credit limits. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and must have permission to use them.

Acceptable Use

Do not generate sexual, violent, hateful, exploitative, harassing, unlawful, infringing or impersonating content, or abuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules, reporting and enforcement.

Which AI models do you use?

Lyrics are generated by OpenAI gpt-6.1-terra. Songs use Suno V6 via the Kie.ai API. Content moderation uses the OpenAI Moderation API (omni-moderation-latest). AI Rap Song Generator is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Suno.

Generation allowances

Verify your email to generate 1 free song (two versions). Device and network eligibility checks apply. The free song allowance is once per account for life, subject to the daily limit (UTC). Verified eligible accounts also receive free lyric uses.

One-time packs

All available packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Credits never expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. The interface shows song and lyric uses rather than internal credit units. Paid song and lyric generation draw from the same purchased allowance, so using one reduces the remaining capacity for the other. Waffo hosts checkout and shows the applicable currency and taxes.

Listening and downloads

Listen to every song in full. Free accounts get 1 MP3 download per account, for personal, non-commercial use only. After that, buy any one-time pack to unlock unlimited downloads of all your songs.

Free songs are kept for 30 days. Buy any pack to keep all your songs forever. The 30 days start when generation completes. Buying a pack preserves all unexpired songs, including earlier free songs; it cannot restore expired files. We send a reminder three days before expiry when song versions have not been downloaded. Permanent saving has no scheduled expiry while the service and account remain active, subject to account deletion and these terms.

The free MP3 download is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a pack unlocks downloads; it does not override third-party rights, model-provider terms, or guarantee commercial suitability. Downloads apply to your account’s own generated songs. A download request reserves one free download; its short-lived link can be retried for delivery of the same file.

Your content and output

You retain rights you hold in your inputs. You give us limited permission to transmit inputs to the selected AI provider and store results to provide the service. Generated content may be inaccurate, non-unique, or affected by third-party rights. We do not guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity, or commercial suitability. Review content before use.

Rap models and commercial use

Rap lyrics use OpenAI; song audio uses the Kie music API with a Suno model. Do not submit real artist names, identifiable artist-imitation requests, copied lyrics, hate, sexual content, or attacks on real people. A diss track must address a fictional rival or an abstract obstacle. Prompts and generated text undergo automated safety checks before results are released. These checks can make mistakes; revise a blocked request with an original, respectful description.

Commercial rights depend on the terms and permissions applicable to the upstream generation, including Kie Terms of Use and Suno Terms of Service. Suno distinguishes personal, non-commercial free-tier output from qualifying paid-tier output and places conditions on permitted downloads and commercial use. Buying our pack is not a Suno Pro or Premier subscription and does not by itself establish eligibility for those rights. We do not promise that a Kie generation has an unrestricted commercial license or that a copyright exists in AI output. Obtain confirmation of the applicable upstream permissions before commercial distribution; do not remove watermarks or provenance information.

Availability, suspension, and liability

The service depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted. We may suspend accounts for violations and will investigate billing issues in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties and liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Refunds, changes, and contact

Our Refund Policy explains refund requests. We may update these terms with an updated date and notice of material changes. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Contact the support address above for account closure, disputes, or questions.
