Refund Policy

For a billing issue, contact support@rapsonggen.com with your account email and order reference. Never send full card details.

Credit packs

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used. If a technical defect prevents delivery, contact us so we can repair access or assess a refund. Used credits are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; affected unused credits will be removed after review.

No automatic renewal

The current packs do not create subscriptions or automatic renewal charges. Credits never expire. Contact support if an order or entitlement does not match your purchase.

Failed generations and duplicate payments

Confirmed failed generations return the deducted generation allowance automatically. Unfinished tasks older than fifteen minutes are marked failed and refunded when checked; scheduled reconciliation can occur after that threshold. Duplicate successful payment notifications do not grant duplicate allowances. Report duplicate actual charges so we and our payment provider can investigate.

Processing

We aim to respond within five business days. If approved, payment-provider and bank processing times apply, typically 5–10 business days. Test-mode payments move no real funds and have no monetary refund value. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
