Information we collect

We collect your account name, email, authentication identifiers, launch waitlist email addresses, saved lyrics and their selected style, generation prompts and options, generated files, task status, credit activity, orders, download entitlements, and download grant records. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Waffo handles payment details on its hosted checkout.

First-visit attribution and abuse prevention

We record the referring website hostname, landing-page path, and UTM campaign parameters from your first visit, then associate them with your account and orders to understand which channels lead to purchases. We store this information in a signed first-party cookie for up to 90 days. A random device cookie lasts up to one year. We keep keyed hashes of device and IP identifiers to limit repeated welcome-credit claims. These measures reduce abuse but cannot uniquely identify every device. A device can claim the trial allowance once. In a rolling 24-hour window, the first account on an IP receives the full allowance, the second receives half rounded down, and further accounts receive none. Rejected attempts do not create successful claim records. Security records and the credit ledger remain until account deletion or as needed to resolve disputes.

How data is used and shared

We use data to authenticate users, provide generations and downloads, administer credits and payments, send sign-in and payment emails and a launch notification to waitlist subscribers, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Service providers may include Cloudflare (hosting and files), Neon (database), Google (sign-in), Resend (email), Waffo (payments), and the selected AI provider, including Kie or OpenAI. Themes, style descriptions, titles, and lyrics may be sent to OpenAI for content moderation and artist-name checks, including when Kie generates the audio. Song requests are sent to Kie for processing through its upstream music service. We retain model usage and estimated API cost records to operate the service. Provider retention policies may differ; the OpenAI background adapter requests stored responses to allow reconciliation.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication and security cookies support essential service features. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you opt in when analytics is configured. You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing the site’s stored consent or browser data. The interactive preview stores simulated workspace data in your browser and does not register a real account.

Retention, transfers, and security

We retain account and generation records while your account is active.Free songs are kept for 30 days. Buy any pack to keep all your songs forever. The 30-day period starts when a song finishes. A pack purchase preserves existing songs only if they have not yet expired. We send a service email three days before expiry if song versions remain undownloaded, and record successful download deliveries to decide whether a reminder is needed. Expired files are automatically deleted; generation metadata and lyrics may remain in your history. Account deletion requests and applicable legal obligations still apply. Payment records may be retained for legal, tax, or dispute obligations. Providers may process data outside your country. We use access controls, signed download URLs, encryption in transit, and private file storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection and may complain to your local authority. Email support from your account address; we may verify ownership before acting. The service is not directed at children. We will update this policy when our practices materially change.
